Robert has been in the travel business since 1968, first working for his parents Bobby and Lucille Johnson at Global Travel, and then, taking over the business when they retired. Robert’s mission is to simplify the travel process for clients, and ensure each and everyone has a happy experience when interacting with Global’s team of experts. His vast travel experience and many contacts in the travel industry are invaluable. He takes pride in the longevity of his family business and puts high importance in ensuring he has a good team so that his clients get the best service and advice.
MARLENE JOHNSON
PARTNER AND GENERAL MANAGER
Marlene has over 46 years experience with hands-on knowledge in the travel and hospitality industry, previously employed as Assistant Manager at a hotel in Trinidad for 23 years. She has traveled extensively and has a personal experience with many modes of travel and in many countries -flying first class and economy, cruising, staying in various category of hotel and apartments, joining tours, to name a few- invaluable in being able to give clients first-hand advice in making their travel decisions and knowing the right suppliers to work with when booking. Combined with her high integrity, Marlene works with Robert to ensure when clients bring their business to Global Travel, it’s a happy experience.
REBECCA JOHNSON
PARTNER AND RESERVATION AGENT
Partner and Reservation Agent have over 19 years in the travel industry. She has been trained in the Amadeus reservation system and has hands on knowledge of the industry having travelled extensively and having lived in Europe.
TERRY ANN DERRICK
SENIOR RESERVATION AGENT
Senior Reservation Agent has been employed since 1997. Terry has many years experience in the travel industry being previous employed at LIAT for over 16 years prior. She has extensive knowledge of our Amadeus reservation system and specializes in Cruises, Tours and Car Rentals having attended many courses over the years. She is a Marriott Hotel Specialist.
COLEEN DE SOUZA BARCLAY
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Accounts Manager has been employed since 2004. She has a Diploma in Business Management and has been trained in our Amadeus reservation system she also has been trained in Cruises, Travel Insurance and Car rentals. She is a Marriot Hotel and Meeting Specialist.

RESERVATION AGENT
Malaika has been employed with us since 2015. She has been trained on our Amadeus Reservation System.

DATA ENTRY CLERK/JUNIOR RESERVATIONS AGENT
Jasonia has been employed with us since 2013. She is trained in our Accounting and Amadeus Reservation systems.
